Haoxi booked $32.8 million of revenue and kept $927,750 of it. Then it sold shares at $0.40 with 9.7 million pre-funded warrants attached and consolidated 1-for-20. Not dead, but the Class A shares are the raw material.
SPCX: the lockup that released, and the much bigger one that did not
SpaceX listed at $135, fell to $108, and a lockup opened on August 6. The selling never came. 455.8 million shares stayed locked because a price condition failed, insiders filed nothing, and Alphabet turned up owning 7.2%. The next release is dated.
